# Overview

Archie's Enterprise plan is for organizations with compliance, governance, scale, or agency-specific requirements that exceed what Team can offer.

## What is included

Enterprise extends every Team feature and adds:

* **Unlimited team members** with custom role definitions and per-member governance
* **Multi-factor authentication** required across the org
* **Enterprise SSO (SAML 2.0)** with your identity provider — Okta, Azure AD, custom
* **Dedicated and isolated infrastructure** — your own compute, your own database, your choice of cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) and region
* **Multi-region deployment** with read replicas
* **Compliance add-ons** — SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, GDPR
* **Data residency controls** — pin where data lives
* **Custom uptime SLAs** up to 99.95% with service credits and RCA within 48 hours
* **Dedicated CSM**, priority support, custom onboarding, training
* **Invoice billing**, custom payment terms, and custom SLA

## Compliance

Compliance add-ons run alongside the Enterprise plan with a 12-month minimum commitment:

* **SOC 2 Type II** — \$500/mo. Annual audit, continuous controls monitoring, audit report access for your customers.
* **HIPAA** — \$750/mo. Business Associate Agreement, PHI encryption, access controls, breach notification, annual risk assessment.
* **GDPR** — \$350/mo. Data Processing Agreement, data residency, right-to-erasure tooling, 72-hour breach notification, DPIA support.
* **SOC 2 + HIPAA bundle** — \$1,000/mo. Combined program with shared controls, save \$250/mo.
* **Full compliance bundle** — \$1,250/mo. SOC 2 + HIPAA + GDPR.

## How do I get started with Enterprise?

Enterprise is custom-priced. Reach out via [contacting support](/introduction/community-support/contacting-support) and select Enterprise sales. A typical engagement involves a scoping call, a security review, contract negotiation (DPA, BAA if applicable), and a 2–4 week onboarding.

## Pilots and proof of concept

If your organization needs to validate Archie before a full Enterprise commitment, we run paid pilots with scoped projects. Pilots include access to most Enterprise features and a defined exit ramp into a long-term contract.

## Migration off other tools

If you are moving from a Vercel + Supabase stack, AWS Amplify, Firebase, or a self-hosted setup, Archie Labs offers migration services as part of Enterprise onboarding. Database export, API mapping, frontend regeneration, and cutover are scoped per engagement.
